Agreement

By accessing or using Bytedrome (the "Service") you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization and accept these Terms on its behalf.

Description of the Service

Today the Service provides a marketing site and waitlist. Future releases will include an emotional multi‑agent productivity platform. Features may change; we will notify you of material changes.

Eligibility

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA). If you are under the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, you may use the Service only with verifiable parental consent and only where permitted by law. We may restrict access where age or consent requirements are not met.

Accounts and Waitlist

You agree to provide accurate information and not to misuse the waitlist or any communication channels. Joining the waitlist does not create an account or guarantee access; we may limit access during beta.

Acceptable Use

You will not: (a) violate laws; (b) attempt to access without authorization or interfere with the Service; (c) reverse engineer; (d) upload harmful code; (e) use the Service to train models that replicate our products, policies, prompts, or outputs without permission; (f) use the Service to generate or disseminate illegal or harmful content.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including content, software, models, and documentation, is owned by Bytedromeda or its licensors and is protected by IP laws. You receive a limited, revocable, non‑exclusive license to use the Service as permitted by these Terms. We may use feedback you provide without restriction.

Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. Where consent is required (e.g., marketing emails, non‑essential cookies), we will request it. We apply data‑minimization and security measures appropriate to the Service.

AI Outputs and Guidance

Outputs may be probabilistic and can be inaccurate or incomplete. You remain responsible for decisions made using the Service. Do not rely on outputs as a sole source of truth for medical, legal, or financial decisions. We may implement safety filters and usage limits.

Beta Features

Beta or experimental features may be provided "as is" without guarantees and may be modified or discontinued. You agree to receive communications about beta participation.

Third‑Party Services

We may integrate third‑party services (e.g., email, hosting). Your use of such services is subject to their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content or availability.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or comply with law. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will do so (e.g., IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability).

Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error‑free operation.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BYTEDROMEDA AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL. Our aggregate liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or (b) USD $100.

Indemnification

You will indemnify and hold harmless Bytedromeda and its affiliates from and against any claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of your domicile or, if unspecified, the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding conflict‑of‑laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of a competent jurisdiction, unless applicable law mandates otherwise. Consumers retain mandatory rights under their local law.
